Jamestown at Pelican Bay is a gated, single-family home subdivision located on the northern end of Pelican Bay on the corner of Pelican Bay Boulevard and Oakmont Parkway. Consisting of only 10 homes, Jamestown at Pelican Bay offers both lake and Pelican Bay golf course views. Homes in Jamestown were built between 1991 and 2000 and homes sites are at least 1/3rd of an acre and larger. Renovations to both entries were completed in 2007.
