Here's the inside skinny on me:  I started my real estate career in the fall of 1996 in a tiny lake town called Granbury located about forty-five minutes southwest of Fort Worth, Texas.  After nearly six years and achieving the 8th highest volume producing Realtor in Granbury, I figured I was ready for the big time so I made my move to Naples, Florida.  

I actually learned about Naples while on vacation.  I think it took about 20 minutes of driving through town before I decided to move.  I turned to my husband and said, "Wow, it's really pretty here...I like it alot and if you don't move here with me, I'll miss you".  We laugh about it today...ok, well I laugh about it today but I still drive through this town in awe over how beautiful it is here.  The beaches, architecture, the whole place is really unlike any other.

To be a Naples Realtor takes a great deal of tenacity.  There are nearly 5,200 competing in the Naples market and I knew it was going to be quite a challenge to break in.  It wasn't enough to be just a Naples real estate agent.  I sought out the help of the Naples Area Board of Realtors network to help me sell my listings.  I've been cultivating that network since the day I got here.  Through a great deal of hard work and diligence I keep a constant focus on increasing my level of communication, sharpening negotiating skills and mastering marketing techniques.  My name and catch phrase (Smart Girl) is searched in correlation with Naples real estate search terms world-wide!  Now that's something!  I love selling Naples real estate!  Especially when I really blow my clients expectations away.  This with several of the other characteristics I possess is what keeps me on the cutting edge of providing excellent service.    This is my passion and the reason why I have become a great Naples Florida Realtor.  So if you're interested in buying or selling in the Naples area, give me a shot.  Google doesn't recognize me as the #1 Naples Smart Girl for nothing! :)
