I'm a Naples Realtor who knows what she's doing!  That's why some of my clients and colleague refer to me as "Smart Girl".  This is a pretty bold catch phrase that came about when I noticed people were using "Smart Girl" keywords to find my Naples, Florida real estate website.  I decided awhile back if I was going to have the courage to use "Smart Girl" in my marketing, I better be able to deliver.  That's why I make a Monstrous effort to make sure I am the "Smart Girl" you're hoping I am.  I study hard to be wildly intelligent in the areas I service.  My defined market is Naples with few exceptions and even with that, I don't service every Naples location.  If by chance you are in a market I don't service, I will gladly refer you to someone else who will give you the superstar performance you deserve and expect.  This way, you're still getting the best even if it means it's not me!

Smart...isn't that a neat concept?

Been there done this since 1996!  I know people, property and other important factors to help you accomplish your objective whether you're buying or selling! My recent strategy I'm implementing is to make it as easy for you as possible to buy or sell.  That's why I can video properties for you to preview on YOUTUBE or insure your listing appears on the first page of Google.  Technology is one of the biggest factors that sets me apart from the majority of my competition.  That's why buying or selling Naples real estate is not an issue when doing so near or afar.

• Started my real estate career in 1996 in a town located about 45 minutes SW of Fort Worth, Texas called Granbury. 
• Sold real estate there for 6 years and was one of the top 10 most productive selling agents when I left.
• Stumbled upon Naples during a vacation in 2001...it took me 10 minutes to decide to move here. Landed on Naples, Florida in July of 2002.
• Graduated from WSU (Wichita State University) with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship. That's why I hold a special place in my heart for those out conquering the world.
• Love the ocean...love to sell oceanfront properties.
• Don't know how to play golf...but I love to sell golf course properties.
• Prefers cake over pie.
• Prefers champagne over wine.
• Will eat steak...lobster...hamburgers and hot dogs..but hot dogs only about 2-3 times a year.
• Favorite football team...Cowboys...regardless of their coach...
• Love to SCUBA and snorkel.
• Grew up in Wichita, Kansas.
• Lived in California for year.
• Eternal optimistic.
• Love snow...when I don't have to live in it and preferably when I can ski on it.
• Broke my foot in 6 places when I was 13...not a good year.
• Almost Fort...I can't say it...starting to worry about wrinkles.
• My favorite Naples restaurant is Trulucks.
• I have two dogs...one is deaf the other is blind...it's interesting.
• I have a cat...he weighs about 400 pounds...ok maybe only 350.
• If I were a superhero my superpower would be triggered when someone tries to tell me I can't do something.
