Aqua Naples Florida is a fabulous luxury resort style high rise condo located at the corner of Vanderbilt Drive and Wiggins Pass in north Naples. Aqua condos features include 48 units in the first building and eventually 36 units in the second and final building. The first Aqua building was completed in 2008 and offers 11 floors over parking, Snaidero kitchen cabinets inside the units, a resort style pool, fitness center, spa, private dining room, theater and business center. A luxury guest suite is available for owners guests and one of my favorite features about Aqua is the rooftop garden with spa and climate controlled sky lounge complete with fireplace located on the 9th floor. Eventually there could be another building in Aqua featuring an additional 36 units. The 2nd building has already been designed permitted.
