AQUALANE SHORES NAPLES FLORIDA

Aqualane Shores Naples Florida

Aqualane Shores Naples Florida is located at the southern end of Naples proper strategically between the areas of Port Royal and Old Naples.  Aqualane Shores was one of the first areas to be developed and launched the first dredging and fill operation starting in 1949, the same year Naples became an official city.  Some of the most fabulous Naples waterfront homes and estates located on deep water canals leading to Naples Bay can be found in Aqualane Shores Naples Florida.

Located within a short distance from Aqualane Shores Naples Florida are sandy beaches, the Naples Pier, Third Street shopping district and the world renowned Fifth Avenue.  Art galleries, fine restaurants and elegant shopping close by enhance the value of these homes and you will find a wide variety of Naples charming vintage properties along with new magnificent architecture.

Aqualane Shores Naples Florida is one of the few areas in Naples offering waterfront access without bridges.  If you currently own or plan to purchase a big boat, many properties in the Aqualane Shores location should accommodate easily but you will want to do your due diligence to be sure.  It is very helpful to know the specifications of the type of boat you own or are planning to purchase specifically, the draft and length to make sure you'll be able to dock and navigate through the canals unless you are planning on purchasing directly on the Naples bayfront.
