Thinking About Selling Your Audubon Property?  If you are extremely interested in selling your Audubon property be aware that there is currently 32 months of inventory available in Audubon at this time.  It is necessary to list at a price that will cause your property to get immediate and strong activity and be aware that it may take a longer time to sell.  As you can see from the graphs below, Audubon is experiencing high levels of inventory and is not generating a great deal of contract activity at this time.  If you are only mildly interested in selling, you may consider holding off a few months until some of this inventory has decreased.
