Avalon at Pelican Bay is a gated code access condominum development located at the corner of Pelican Bay Blvd. and Hammock Oak Dr. at the north end of Pelican Bay.    Units were completed between 1992 and 1994 and range in size from 1,274 square feet to 1,800 square feet.  While some units are considered townhomes featuring a one car garage, other units offer an assigned parking space. Many of the units offer tranquil lake views while some units offer landscaped and/or preserve views. 

The rental policy in Avalon at Pelican Bay is limited to a maximum of a one time per year lease with a 30 day minimum requirement.  Owners are permitted to keep 2 dogs or 2 cats in each unit provided they do not disturb other property owners.  The size limit for dogs is 20 pounds.  There is no size limit for cats... :)  A community pool, hot tub and clubhouse are included. The Pelican Bay community center is located just a short distance away along with the Pelican Bay Sandpiper beach club.   See Avalon at Pelican Bay condos here.
