Barrington Club at Pelican Bay  is a Carriage/Coach home development located on the north end of Pelican Bay just off Oakmont Parkway.  There are a total of 23 buildings and 89 units.  All Barrington Club at Pelican Bay properties were built between 1992 and 1994 with the exception of building 1 which was completed in 2000.  These units range in size starting at 1,527 square feet to 1,663 square feet.  A community clubhouse, pool and hot tub are amenities featured in Barrington Club at Pelican Bay.

Barrington Club property owners are permitted to keep two dogs or tow cats (or one of each) not to exceed more than 25 lbs. No birds ore reptiles are permitted unless written permission is granted by the association.
