The special attraction here is the location between the Bay Colony Beach Club and the Ritz Carlton. All of the privileges (excluding spa) at the Ritz Carlton are offered (via special account) to the Remington property owners* The floorplans and beachfront lanai space offered with the Remington is also a fabulous top notch asset. The Biltmore was built in 1997 and finally the Windsor in 1998 which is considered the most luxurious Bay Colony beachfront building of them all.
