Vizcaya at Bay Colony was the first community within Bay Colony to offer all of the attributes of a custom designed luxury home with the convenience of a fully maintained exterior maintenance service.  Located towards the beginning of the subdivision on the left off Bay Colony Drive, you'll find beautiful cobblestone streets and walk ways, picturesque European lighting and beautiful gardens with water features.  The Mediterranean influences are captivating!  Many of the homes in Vizcaya at Bay Colony offer lake or preserve/lake views with some homes offering a landscaped view.  Most Vizcaya at Bay Colony come with their own private pools however there are a few homes without.  There are a total of 58 units located in Vizcaya at Bay Colony with 5 floor plans offered at the time of construction between 1991 and 1994.  Some homeowners have chosen to make changes along the way.  Sizes of these units range from just over 2,600 square feet to 6,000.
