Bay Shore Place was built in 1994, features 7 stacks and 16 floors with 103 units.  Floor plans start at nearly 1,500 square feet of living space an increase in size to over 2,500 square feet for a penthouse unit. Although Bay Shore Place is considered to be on the beach in Park Shore, this is not a "directly on the beach" building which is why you may find more affordability here.  If your vision of a direct full front beach view is your desire, you might refer back to the Park Shore map and choose a building located in one of the 10 preferred beachfront lots.   Many Bay Shore Place units offer some indirect Gulf of Mexico views, magnificent Venetian Bay views and stunning Park Shore night ambiance.
