Rental policies allow Biltmore at Bay Colony condo owners to lease their units out 1 time per year with a 90 day minimum lease but most owners do not consider renting their units as a personal option.  Both a Bay Colony Association membership and Pelican Bay Association membership are required which means all of the Pelican Bay and Bay Colony amenities are available with the exception of golf which can be purchased for an additional price.
