Calais at Pelican Bay is a low-rise and mid-rise subdivision located in the north central portion of Pelican bay on Pelican Bay Boulevard.  The low-rise product is featured in the picture.  Low-rise product starts at about 1,510 square feet and increase to just over 2,000 square feet of living space while mid rise homes start at about 1,560 square feet and increase to approximately 2,149 square feet of living space.  Low-rise buildings started certification of occupancy in 1990 with the last building completed by 1992.  The mid-rise product was completed between 1991 and 1992.  Views consist of the Pelican Bay golf course, lake and preserve/landscaped areas.  A community pool and clubhouse are amenities associated with Calais at Pelican Bay.  Property owners may rent their units three times per year with a 90 day minimum.  See Calais at Pelican Bay properties for sale!
