

The Claridge at Pelican Bay is a high-rise building located at the north end of Pelican Bay just one building away from North Station on Pelican Bay Boulevard. There are 4 stacks available in the building. Stack B is the smallest with 1,749 square feet of living space originally marketed with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, stack A with 2,062 square feet of living space originally marketed with 2 bedrooms plus den and 2 baths, stack C with 2,153 square feet of living space with 2 bedrooms plus den and 2 1/2 baths and stack D with 2,500 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms plus den and 2 1/2 baths. Units at Claridge are accessed by 4 high speed elevators opening onto your private vestibule and shared by only two residences.
Claridge at Pelican Bay Features 22 floors with 81 units. Residents of The Claridge enjoy Gulf, mangrove, golf course and landscaped views. Built in 1993, amenities include a resort style heated pool and spa, fitness room, his and her saunas, media room, library, two guest suites and direct access to the Pelican Bay beach access board walk.
There are 17 poolside cabanas that were offered separately at the time of the initial launch of Claridge. Those units are owned separately and can come up for sale from time to time mostly offered privately within the building. Although the cabanas are not permitted to function as additional sleep accomodation, they are excellent alternatives to office space and provide a super option for poolside entertaining.
