Cocobay at Pelican Bay is a gated, detached villa community located directly across the street from the North Station beach tram off Pelican Bay Boulevard on the north side of Pelican Bay.  Cocobay units were built between 1994 and 1996 and offer at least 3 bedrooms and range in size beginning at just over 2,600 square feet and increasing in size to 4,400 square feet of living space. Many units come complete with screened lanai and pool and some units offer a beautiful lake view.
Cocobay at Pelican Bay homeowners are permitted to lease their homes out up to 3 times per year with 21 day minimum terms.
