PLAN10: Non-Resident, Non-Refundable GOLF Membership
This membership is an option for those who reside in a neighborhood or community outside of Collier’s Reserve.

(dues are subject to 6% tax)

*Initial deposit of $10,000 is due with submission of application. Then, the balance of $30,000 as follows: $10,000 on or before October 31, 2012; $10,000 on or before October 31, 2013; and $10,000 on or before October 31, 2014.

Annual Locker Rental: $150 half $200 full
Bag Storage & Range (included in dues): NC

Resident & Non-Resident SPORTS SOCIAL Membership

This membership is an option for those who own a home in the Collier’s Reserve Community or a neighborhood or community outside of Collier’s Reserve.

Sport Social Membership Benefits
Benefits of this membership include unlimited golf from May 1—October 31 of each year. From November 1—April 30 of each year golf is limited to 6 times at a member guest rate & must play with an Equity Golf member. Tee times after 10:00 am Nov—Dec. Tee times after 11:30 am Jan—April. Tennis, swimming, fitness center and massage room. Members also enjoy the dining experience at the charming Boathouse Restaurant that sits on the Cocohatchee River as well as dining and social events at the beautiful, award winning Clubhouse.

Executive Membership

This membership option is for those who own a home anywhere outside of the Collier’s Reserve Community and are under the age of 50. It is a non-equity, non-voting membership.

Executive Golf Membership Benefits
Benefits of this membership include limited golf: Golf play from November 1 thru April 30 of each year only, after 12:00 noon Monday through Friday (or as available from Pro Shop). There are no play restrictions on weekends throughout the year and Executive Golf Members may play in all Club tournaments and events. No play restrictions from May 1 thru October 31 of each year.

Other benefits include tennis, swimming, fitness center and massage room. Members also enjoy the dining experience at the charming Boathouse Restaurant that sits on the Cocohatchee River as well as dining and social events at the beautiful, award winning Clubhouse.

Dues are payable at 2/3 annual dues and are subject to 6% sales tax
This membership is limited to ten memberships

    Initial deposit of $4,000 is due with the submission of an application. Then; $4,000 will be paid on or before the second, third, forth and fifth anniversary dates of the acceptance of an application. On the sixth anniversary of the members acceptance, the unpaid balance of $20,000 would be due. In the event you reach age 50 before the sixth anniversary the unpaid balance of the initial fee of $40,000 will be due and payable on the date of such birthday.
    In the event of a termination of membership prior to becoming a full golf member, no part of the Club Fee paid toward the full golf membership will be refundable.
    This is a non-equity membership. Also a non-voting membership until the full $40,000 initial fee has been paid. To become a full golf member, the applicant must pay the difference between all sums previously paid and the applicable initial fee for a full golf membership. Applicant will also be required to pay the prorated share of the annual dues of a full golf member.

Benefits of this membership
Unlimited golf play after 12:00 November 1to April 30 of each year (earlier if availability and approval from the Golf Professional). No play restrictions on weekends or from May 1 to October 31 of each year. Eligibility to play in all club tournaments and special events, space available.
