Contessa at Bay Colony was the first luxury high rise to be built on the beach in Bay Colony, the most exclusive subdivision of Pelican Bay.  8111 Bay Colony Drive marks the address of this fabulous Bay Colony high rise completed in 1991 but don't let her age fool you.   Contessa at Bay Colony just had a major face lift both inside and out and now offers more of a smoother line contemporary style compared to before and many of my customers are surprised of her age after viewing the building. 

Contessa at Bay Colony consists of twenty floors with a total of seventy-six units arranged by four units per floor and two penthouse units on the nineteenth and twentieth floor.  Since completion, many of the units have been remodeled and further upgrades completed.  Several units have had interesting floor plan changes so please keep in mind, the Contessa at Bay Colony floor plans shown on this site were all the original plans and there are no guarantees units currently for sale are still arranged the same.  It's always wise to see the unit before purchasing or at least making your offer contingent upon a visual inspection of the property.

Additional features include a board room, social room with kitchen facilities, fully equipped fitness room and two exquisitely appointed guest rooms.  A private parking garage is attached to the building and is actually located on the 1st floor underneath the lobby.  A sparkling pool and hot tub are also available along with a limited number of poolside cabanas that are privately owned by various Contessa at Bay Colony  property owners.  While pool cabanas cannot be used as an additional living quarters, they make a great place to entertain pool side or house an office.  A unique feature Contessa at Bay Colony offers is a private tennis facility located on site.

Another exceptional feature about Contessa at Bay Colony is it's location.
