The Crescent at Pelican Bay is a mid-rise and coach home condominium subdivision located on the north side of Pelican Bay on Pelican Bay Boulevard about a block away from the Pelican Bay community & fitness center which was completed in 2006. Features of Crescent at Pelican Bay include a gated entrance and community pool with clubhouse. Views consist of primarily lake or golf course views although there are a few units that only offer landscaped views.
