Glencove in Pelican Bay is a low-rise condominium subdivision located in the southern portion of Pelican Bay off Pelican Bay Boulevard.  Built in 1987, Glencove features a resort sized pool, spa and clubhouse.  Two bedroom units start at about 1,450 square feet of living space while three bedroom units are about 1,700 square feet.  Some residents have been known to remodel their units by taking in their lanai space and creating additional living space so if you like the idea of having an outside lanai, make sure you let me know first.  The rental policy allows Glencove in Pelican Bay owners the right to rent their properties out up to three times per year with a ninty day minimum lease. For more information regarding Glencove at Pelican Bay, see Glencove at Pelican Bay condos for sale or contact me direct!
