Gulfside at Park Shore Naples Florida is a beachfront high-rise condominium located four buildings south of Park Shore Drive. Gulfside at Park Shore was the third building to be constructed in Park Shore in 1975. It's sister building, Surfsedge was constructed in 1974. What separates Gulfside from Surfside is the fact that the views on the south side of the building are much more expansive as you can see from the picture above. One of the drawbacks of either building is that there really wasn't any maximization of the westerly Gulf of Mexico view so if you're looking for a full westerly view from your lanai, this may not be the building for you. Due to the orientation of the building and the age, pricing at Gulfside is more reasonable compared to many of the other buildings on the Park Shore beach. The most expensive unit that has ever closed in Gulfside at Park Shore was $1,400,000 in 2006 while the least expensive unit closed for $245,000 back in 1997.
There are 8 stacks at Gulfside at Park Shore with floor plans starting with 1,267 square feet and increasing in size to over 1,600 square feet of living space. Amenities at Gulfside at Park Shore include a BBQ area, swimming pool, fitness center and common laundry because many of the units do not have laundry facilities which is another reason why the pricing is lower here.
Owners are permitted to lease their units out two times per year with ninety day minimum leases and are not allowed to keep a pet. For more information regarding Gulfside at Park Shore, contact me direct!
