Interlachen at Pelican Bay is a mixed subdivision located in the central portion of Pelican Bay designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.  Consisting of both attached villas (duplexes) and mid-rise product, residents enjoy lake, preserve and/or golf views, island swimming pool, hot tub and access to the beach boardwalk and tram directly across the street.  Villas were completed between 1984 and 1988 while the mid-rise buildings were completed between 1988 and 1991.   Some Interlachen at Pelican Bay villas come complete with a private pool and full garages while mid-rise residents have use of covered parking space .
