L'Ambiance at Pelican Bay is a gated low-rise condominium community located at the northern end of Pelican Bay on the corner of Pelican Bay Boulevard and Hammock Oak Drive just south of the Pelican Bay Fitness Center.  Completion of L'Ambiance was in 1995 and 1996.  Units range in size between 1,389 square feet to over 2,000 square feet of living space and offer two to three bedrooms plus den floorplans.  According to the rules and regulations dated August 16, 2007, L'Ambiance at Pelican Bay new property owners are permitted to keep only one dog or one cat in the complex.  Please refer to the rules and regulations for more details regarding L'Ambiance at Pelican Bay.  See L'Ambiance at Pelican Bay condos for sale!
