Las Brisas at Pelican Bay is a 50 unit attached villa community located in central Pelican Bay off Gulf Park Drive almost directly across the street from the Pelican Bay Golf club. Units were completed between 1982 and 1988 and offer between 1,980 square feet to 2,600 square feet of living space. While a few Las Brisas property owners have lake frontage, most Las Brisas lots are interior and rely on their own landscaping for aesthetic view.
