Laurel Oaks at Pelican Bay is a low-rise subdivision located on Green Tree Drive just off Gulf Park Drive in the central portion of Pelican Bay.  There are a total of 18 buildings and 160 units which were built between 1990 and 1991.  A pool and hot tub are shared by the residents at Laurel Oaks and built in grill on the lanai (a rare but special feature) is included in many units.  Most views are of the centrally located lake although some buildings overlook a landscaped/preserve area.
