Views at Le Parc at Park Shore vary with the 02 stack being the most sought after for it southwestern views of the Gulf of Mexico.  The 03 stack offers northwestern views of the Gulf of Mexico, the 01 stack facing southeast offer beautiful bay and city views and the 04 stack is primarily north facing bay and city views.

Le Parc rental policies are somewhat strict only allowing unit owners the option of one lease per year with 90 day minimum time frames which could be considered a great attribute if you are an end user.
