Here's the condo I saw today...
This is the living. Wasn't prepared to take professional shots today or I would've taken more time and brought my flash and taken video had I though about it.; But just in case you miss it, you can see the Gulf through the windows. This is the view you have walking off the elevator so that beautiful ocean view...feeling like you're right on top of the water is accomplished in this unit.
Here's a better shot of the same room this time with my back facing the windows. What I loved about this unit (besides the floor plan etc) is how designer made this a beachy yet sophisticated and fun look. That chandelier is actually coral...NEAT! PS, the furniture can go for additional $ too.
The hardwood floors are absolutely stunning and both dining areas make you feel almost surrounded by water...awesome!
The kitchen is really amazing too. Sink is on the left slightly out of the picture but looks out over one of the lanais so you have a beach view...

Here's a shot at the entrance and parking. Everyone in this building has a private two car garage. The skylights is actually the walkway to the building so you are undercover from parking to building. This is also a gated building which you can see just right of the tennis court. This was taken from one of the guest bedrooms. Unfortunately I didn't get any shots of but they both have attached baths as well and are in model ready condition as well. You also have bay views from this building because you own the whole floor so your views are 360 degrees compared to partial in other buildings this view is east.
I know all of you are big on fitness and there is a beautiful view of the pool area and ocean from here. Lots of equipment too.

Master bath...I'm disappointed with how this shot came out because the wall treatments are absolutely outstanding and not as yellow as shown in the picture.
party room...everything looks brand new and is a more contemporary fun design compared to some of the other buildings.

Pool and you can see the Gulf from here and are actually steps to sand.
It's floor number 24 so this may be too high for "you know who"...but it's a magnificent place. 6,266 square feet :) for 6.5. (see that doesn't sound like alot) :)
I doubt seriously it will be on the market too long, it's just too pretty. Similar unit is 8,500,000 on 28th floor.
