I received a call today from one of the board members at Hyde Park at Pelican Bay.  She had very exciting news to offer!  Hyde Park at Pelican Bay used to have an onsite manager who was able to stay in one of the units.  After they retired, the board decided to hire a company to manage Hyde Park leaving the unit available.  They are in the midst of figuring out how they can allow the current property owners to utilize the unit as place where they can keep overflow guests just like an amenity you might find in one of the luxury high rise condos.  WHAT A BRILLIANT IDEA!  Although the new perk is still in the works, I decided to add Hyde Park at Pelican Bay floor plans and the Hyde Park at Pelican Bay site plan to my site.  Of course you can see the latest Hyde Park Sales as well!

I just saw the lowest priced listing in Pelican Bay I've ever seen and just got off the phone with the agent who has the listing.  There is currently a condo listed for under $250,000.  Ladies and gentlemen, this condo will be gone before the weekend is out so if you've been looking for the steal of the universe in Pelican Bay, this may be it!

There is an absolutely UNBELIEVABLE deal in Pelican Marsh right now!!! It's not my listing so I can't share specifics unless you contact me direct but someone is going to get the steal of a lifetime!
