While doing some Naples Florida real estate research, I often "tweet" about what I find...ESPECIALLY when I don't have time to blog about it or when I'm keeping details about my findings confidential for my clients. For example I tweeted this today:

YTD there are 1,581 closing is SW Florida. Last YTD there were 987. '08=801. '07=892. '06=1,395. '05=2,286. '04=1,406
