Here's the latest Southwest Florida real estate information from my ever so smart COO, Dottie Babcock!   I love illustrations like the one above that shows the current Naples area real estate market.  If I were making a purchase right now I might hone in on Grey Oaks since there's some serious opportunity there.  I just closed a home in Grey Oaks and I must say, the buyer got a terrific deal!  Of course if Grey Oaks isn't your preference, we should be able to come up with some interesting talking points in almost any Naples negotiation...that's not something you get from just any other Naples agent!  If you're a Naples seller we can offer some serious assistance there as well so give me a shout and let's get started today!
