Naples Cay is a Naples Florida beachfront community located comfortably between Pelican Bay and Park Shore.  Equity Sound Development Group began development of Naples Cay in the mid 80's with the first Naples Cay condo building (Westshore) coming to completion in 1988.  Club at Naples Cay and Beach House were completed in 1990.  Shortly after, Seapoint achieved certificate of occupancy in 1991. Resort Development acquired the remaining interest and developed Baypointe which was completed in 1996 before selling the remaining parcel of property to WCI where Seasons at Naples Cay sits today.  Seasons at Naples Cay is a beautiful low density building (only 43 homes) and was completed in 2002.

Rental policies in some of the Naples Cay condominium buildings are considerably more lenient (weekly rentals as opposed to monthly or quarterly rental restrictions) This is excellent news if you're looking to rent or purchasing as an investor, maybe not great news if you're looking for a building with little access to the rental activity.  To see properties for sale in Naples Cay or for more information, contact Shannon direct!
