Naples Park Florida is the most affordable development west of Tamiami Trail.  Being located west of Tamiami Trail is a widely sought after location because of its proximity to our fabulous Naples beaches.  While none of Naples Park is located on the sand, many people consider Naples Park as "walking" distance and it's common to see tons of people walking, riding bikes and skating to and from Vanderbilt Beach from this location.  Most homes in Naples Park are located on 50'x135' lot sizes and are anywhere from 60 years old to brand new.  There are few income producing properties as well in the form of multi-family rental properties. 

Something else that makes Naples Park a super location is the fact that Mercato (the newest shopping and dining district in Naples) is located just across Tamiami Trail.  Having a great time has never been closer or easier for Naples Park residents and visitors.  But just remember, even across the street is too far to drive while intoxicated.
