Many Old Naples condo customers I've worked with in the past have a preference of location within Old Naples.  Many people want to be as close to the beach as possible.  Some would have marked the two quadrants close to the beach with an A.  The bottom left quadrant is most popular because most people want to be close to the action of 5th Avenue and 3rd Street as well.  Those two locations are shopping and dining districts in Old Naples and it used to be really the only source of entertainment in Naples although that has since changed.  Now quadrant C is located east of quadrant A and is where Naples Bay is.  If you are a boater, you may prefer this location over A and B.  If you're located in the top portion of quadrant C, you are also within close proximity to Bay Front, another area where there's boating opportunities, shopping and dining.  Tin City, another tourist hot spot, is also located in quadrant C.  Quadrant D. is least favored due to the fact that the hospital, other city buildings and some commercial property is located there. Just on the other side of Old Naples, along the top half of quadrant B & D is the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club so if you want to be within walking distance to a public golf course, you may prefer to be in that location.  Naples Beach and Golf Club is famous for their Sunday afternoon entertaining at their bar on the beach.  Live music and some of the best Naples people watching you will find beach side happens here every Sunday afternoon.  Old Naples is a fabulous place to park your sandals.  If live entertainment, shopping and cocktails is the lifestyle you're after, you're sure to be happy and comfortable here but be warned, our Naples Police take drinking and driving very seriously here (what else do they have to do) make sure you're walking or calling a cab if you plan on making it a party.  For more information regarding Old Naples condos, contact me direct.
