The beautiful Pelican Bay beaches are a major part of the many amenities to which you are entitled as a property owner in Pelican Bay. These wonderful stretches of beach (almost 3 miles long) are located north and south of The Commons.  There are two fabulous restaurants located directly on the beach.  Both restaurants offer a tasty array of appetizers and entrees and both locations offer a full bar.  Even during high season, waits for dining are very minimal and there's always enough space on the beach to relax.

The Pelican Bay beaches are easily accessible on foot or Pelican Bay solar powered trolley which travels continuously every day.  Members and guests are welcome to ride bikes, walk, skate etc along the berm. There are a total of 8 tram stops for passenger pick up but members and guests must carry their Pelican Bay ID or guest pass.  Proper documentation is checked frequently at the entrances of the berm and people who do not have ID's or passes will not be permitted access to the berm.

Once there, the beautiful Gulf of Mexico is majestic. The sandy beaches are well kept by a staff of beach attendants who gladly set up chaises, chairs, cabanas and umbrellas from 9am to 5pm daily.

If you're interested in only the best, You'll be most interested in Bay Colony.  Bay Colony is the only subdivision in Pelican Bay that offers Beach front living.  There are only 12 exclusive estates located on the beach in an area called The Strand at Bay Colony. Although not all Bay Colony condos line the beach, each building is unique and exquisite in their own special way.
