Here is a quick video I took driving through Pine Ridge Naples Florida. It's not professional videography but it will at least give you an idea of what Pine Ridge is about. Of course I did this on the fly and of course it was trash day so please understand, people don't leave their trash cans out all the time.
You will also see a great representation of beautiful newly built estates and original homes that were built in Pine Ridge closer to the beginning years of the neighborhood. You will even see new construction presently occurring.
During the crazy real estate days in '04 and '05 lowest priced homes needing complete remodeling jumped from the $700's to over $1,000,000 almost over night. Those prices have leveled off substantially! This is a great location due to the proximity to town and the extra large lot sizes which is a super and unusual feature for Naples Florida neighborhoods.
If you are looking to build a speculative home, you'll want to do your research on competition. It's common for this location to go through a trend when there is almost no competition to more competition than you want. Check the permits on file at the county before purchasing your lot or tear down!
