Royal Harbor is located on the east side of Naples Bay and is just minutes from Old Naples.   Royal Harbor homes vary from small and original to new and exquisite.  Many of the homes in Royal Harbor are located on Naples Bay or offer direct, bridgeless Gulf access.  For the avid boater, Royal Harbor is considered (in some cases) a less expensive option for waterfront properties.  With a close proximity to Old Naples, fine dining and shopping, Royal Harbor is considered an excellent location.  The Vanderbilt Beach area is another location where you may be able to find waterfront properties at less expensive prices compared to Royal Harbor, Port Royal and Aqualane Shores.
