San Marino at Pelican Bay Is an attached-villa community located in the north-central portion of Pelican Bay on Pelican Bay Boulevard directly across the street from the Pelican Bay tram station beach access.  There are a total of 81 units which were built in 1991.  Many of these units feature a golf course view although some are interior and will have more of a garden view.  Prices will typically reflect the types of views that are offered.  Sizes of these units begin in the 1,600 square feet range and increase in size to over 2,100 square feet.  Most units feature either a one or two car garage and there is a community swimming pool and club house as well.  See San Marino at Pelican Bay homes for sale!
