Sanctuary at Pelican Bay is a low-rise subdivision located in the southern portion of Pelican Bay off Pelican Bay Boulevard.  A total of 5 buildings and 72 units overlook a beautiful lake and community pool and some units offer views of the golf course.  Sanctuary at Pelican Bay was built in 1982 and 1984 and range in size starting at just over 1,300 square feet and increasing in size to just over 2,000 square feet of living space.  Some owners have chosen to glass enclose their lanais and count the square footage as part of their living square footage.
