Sand Pointe at Pelican Bay is an attached villa community located in the north central portion of Pelican Bay off Green Tree Drive. There are only 21 homes located within Sand Pointe at Pelican Bay on two short streets. 13 units were built in 1984, 5 units were built in 1985 and the remaining 3 units were built in 1986. The smallest units offer just over 1,600 square feet of living space while the 2 largest units offer just over 2,400 square feet of living space. Sand Pointe at Pelican Bay properties don't turn over very often in fact there are some people who still own their original unit so if you're interested in the area, don't hesitate.
