Savoy at Park Shore Naples Florida is a beachfront high-rise condominium located midway between the sand and Gulfshore Boulevard. 1st stack residents enjoy the best direct Gulf of Mexico views while stacks 3 (closest to the beach),5 and 7 enjoy northwestern views of the Gulf of Mexico and 2 (closest to the beach),4 and 6 stack enjoy some view of the Gulf of Mexico but also views of Venetian Bay. Stacks 8 & 9 are two story units and offer mostly Venetian Bay views only.

Although Savoy at Park Shore was built in 1982 the building has had some fabulous renovations. Some of the features include a beautiful atrium lobby, beachfront pool and spa, 2 HarTru tennis courts, 24 hour security with gated entry, fitness center, social room, and two guest suites.

Savoy at Park Shore owners are permitted to lease their units out 12 times per year with 30 day minimum day leases which is considered an extremely lenient rental policy for Naples Florida. However, this is not a building for a pet lover. No pets are allowed.
