Serendipity at Pelican Bay is an enchanting low-rise condominium community located in the southern portion of Pelican Bay off Crayton Road. One of the features I like about Serendipity are the unique 2 story floor plans that are sometimes available. There was some real ingenuity when it came to the development of Serendipity which I, myself and others very much appreciate so don't let the outside fool you. This is one of those locations I have found where some people are very quick to judge this book by its cover and I've witnessed some who have completely underestimated the charm Serendipity can offer.
