St. Maarten at Pelican Bay Naples Florida is a high-rise community located in the south-central portion of Pelican Bay directly behind St Thomas on Pelican Bay Boulevard.  The building was completed in 1989,  has 20 floors with 90 units and has recently completed a renovation in the common areas.  St Maarten at Pelican Bay ammenities include a spacious social room, fitness center, library, billiards room, expansive pool and hot tub.  Gulf views begin on the 3rd floor (although the water view is very small).  The pet policy allows 1 dog (25 lbs and under).
