St. Marissa at Pelican Bay is a 21 story high rise condominium centrally located off Pelican Bay Boulevard in the Crown Colony portion of Pelican Bay. Completed in 1992, and recently remodeled common areas, this building features 97 units (most of which offer Clam Pass and Gulf of Mexico views) beautiful social room, recently expanded fitness center and sparkling pool with spa.

One major difference regarding St. Marissa at Pelican Bay is the fact that there is no immediate beach access from the pool deck which is normally what you will find from the Pelican Bay Boulevard high-rise condos in Pelican Bay. While the access to the beach tram is located within what many will think is a relatively close proximity, I think this is an important point to make for those who are interested in saving as many steps as possible. There may be other buildings you'll find more appealing if this is the case for you.

A building manager is available from 9-5 Monday through Friday but there is no guard in the lobby of the building. Crown Colony is a gated community so you will have a guard at the main entrance of Crown Colony 24 hours every day. There is also phone entry at the front lobby for guests.
