Villa La Palma at Bay Colony is a luxury Mediterranean style villa community featuring 22 fabulous homes.  Located in the center of Bay Colony off Bay Colony Boulevard, these units consist of three models with one and two story plans to choose from.  Sizes range between 3,600 square feet and 4,600 square feet of living space.  Each villa La Palma unit has an outstanding view of a beautiful water feature.  Although most owners prefer to utilize their own units, owners are permitted to lease their units one time per year with a ninety day minimum lease.  16 units were built in 1996, 5 units were built in 1997 and the final unit was built in 1998.  Some owners have chosen to make alterations to their properties including adding second floors and making slight changes to floor plans.  I have added the original floor plans for your viewing but understand each unit may have been altered from the original plan.  Villa La Palma is a pet friendly community.  No approval is needed.
